Since opening our doors for the first time 9 years ago, we have constantly strived to deliver a unique, professional, 5 Star, customer experience, delivered through dedicated teams of expert stylists. All our barbershops offer comfortable, contemporary surroundings, which clearly identify us from traditional barber shops.
The level of in-shop service provided to our equally important, multi sectoral client base is key to our continued success. We continually strive to deliver a family atmosphere that is welcoming, inclusive, fun, client focused, professional and engaging.
All our staff are technically trained to a similar high standard, to facilitate interchangeability of staff so customers are never disappointed should their specific stylist not be available at their time of booking.
We have easy to use and convenient online booking and electronic payment systems in place as as The Academy Barber app. Our aim is to make our services as accessible as possible to all our valued clients. This technology assists us in driving our 5 Star service level experience.

They are always, well presented, courteous, positive, energetic, open and communicative with clients and within the team. COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND SUPPORT
The Academy Barber Head Office team will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing business support. Effective training is essential to the success of each franchise in terms of being able to run their buisiness efficiently and successfully. You will receive unique training anf support throughout your time as a franchisee as we want you to become part of the successful Academy Barber netowrk.
LEAD GENERATION AND CUSTOMER RETENTION
We have a proven formula for generating customers for your business. Key areas we cover include target markets, sales activity and lead generation tools and techniques.
